If you are struggling with or worried about facing foreclosure you are invited to participate in this free confidential counseling workshop.

Representatives of housing counseling agencies will help you assess your current loan and financial situation and determine what options may be available for you and your family. These options may include negotiating a loan modification with your loan servicer, completing a sale or short sale of your property, and/or other options as appropriate.

Credit counselors will offer on-site assistance and information on options available to help keep you in your home.

To make the most of the time with counselors, please bring your loan documents and other relevant financial information to the event.

Assistance will also be available for renters in properties that are being foreclosed.
