SHARP provides procedural assistance and legal information to self-represented litigants at four centers operating in or near courthouses in Willows, Red Bluff, Oroville, and Chico. This Northern California tri-county collaboration between Glenn, Butte, and Tehama counties uses videoconferencing technology and staff to provide weekly workshops, appointments, resources, and assistance to court pro per customers.

    You do not need to be a resident of Butte, Glenn, or Tehama counties to receive help from our self-help centers. We assist anyone from any county, state, or country. There is no income requirement. We will help you if you are pro per, without an attorney, and your problem is within our assistance areas.
