The Family Law Facilitator Program offers individual appointments and divorce clinics, at no cost, to assist persons with the following matters: Obtaining/Modifying/Terminating Spousal Support, Child Support and/or a Wage Assignment; Obtaining health insurance coverage for your children; Obtaining an order for share of cost of uncovered health care expenses and/or day care expenses secondary to your employment; Reinstating your driver's license if it has been suspended for non-payment of child support; Determining and/or questioning your support arrearages; Establishing Paternity

The Family Law Facilitator is an attorney. The Facilitator can assist you with information and form preparation to enable you to initiate or respond to a court action regarding support. The Facilitator does not represent you and can provide assistance to both parties in a case.
