| We are able to assist clients in a wide range of civil matters, such as: dissolution of marriage, paternity, custody, guardianship, summary probate matters, simple wills, powers of attorney, conservatorship (person only), landlord/tenant, eviction defense, consumer collections, public benefits, domestic violence and elder abuse, Medi-Cal state planning (elder, spousal impoverishment matters) and nursing home issues. The extent of the service depends upon resources available at the time and other merits of the client's case. Once eligibility is established then clients are afforded at least advice and referral. |
