Other Information:

California Rural Legal Assistance Foundation's Immigration and Access to Education Project assists immigrants with citizenship applications, VAWA and U-Visa petitions, and other family-based immigration issues. We provide full representation and brief services. We also conduct community education and leadership forums on immigration law and education access issues.

   Contact this group by calling for an appointment. 916-446-7904 ext. 17. Please call Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
 
Location: 2210 "K" Street, Suite 201, Sacramento, CA 95816.
Cross Streets: Between 22nd Street and 23rd Street
Please bring any notices from immigration/school relating to your question.
There is limited intake of new full representation cases, and it depends on case and staff availability. Brief service and consultation are still available.

Counties Served:  All State
 
We serve all of California, but primarily in the Central Valley, Sacramento, and North Valley areas.

Wheelchair Accessible: Y
Access for the deaf: Wheelchair access is subject to the reservation of a downstairs room. Please call 916-446-7904 to make an appointment.
Income Guidelines: 
  Your family's income should be at or below 100.0% of the poverty level.
