The attorney cannot give you legal advice or represent you in court. The type of cases handled by our office include: Family Law: Divorce, Separation, Annulment, Parentage Actions, Child Custody/ Parenting Time , Child Support/ Spousal Support, Guardianships, Landlord/Tenant: Unlawful Detainers, Limited Civil, Small Claims, Restraining Orders: Civil Harassment, Domestic Violence, Elder Abuse: Financial or Physical, Name Changes, and Step Parent Adoptions. |
